Level3, one of IgLou's upstream circuit providers, will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade router software on Wednesday, May 2nd starting at 3:00am. The maintenance duration is expected to be less than 20 minutes. Potentially affected services include website and server colocation customers. IgLou's edge routers will automatically fail-over during this maintenance, further reducing any downtime to less than 5 minutes.
